Hey, good to e-meet you!
For the past about 15 years, I have been involved in digital products.
I 'grew up' in eCommerce and carried the data driven mindset and the love for international teams through the following years. Starting off in B2C, I had the privilege to work on various product categories, such as fashion, furniture, digital products and others.
Then came B2B projects, such as software for banks, an insurance aggregator, intelligent machine park monitoring, some fintec and investment brokerage platforms.
Challenges are driving us - and me - so I love learning the nouances of new industries and challenging what I think to know.
If you need more power than just me, let me know. I am strongly connected with other freelancers, such as developers, designers, marketeers. We frequently form teams to jump in. I also stand ready to lead and organize these groups.
My family and I live on the westernmost edge of Germany, close to the dutch border (and airports nearby!). Off screen I enjoy nature, people, teaching, reading, guitars and tech.
Currently I am leading a small team at a fibre internet provider, driving sales up.
I can support you with...
User Experience
- Analysis of current product (such as heuristic evaluation, expert reviews) to identify leverage
- Concept of new products or product iterations: Build the product
- Testing (qualitative, quantitative), to understand if decisions have impact and if so which kind of.
Product Ownership
I am 'fluent' in various frameworks, such as Scrum, agile, SAFE, have steered teams through startup phase, worked on product iterations and fresh product concepts.I am used and happy to be the glue between stakeholders and machine room, with a foot in both worlds.
Scrum Master
In the past I have roughly worked as a scrum master in the following fields:- International teams: Two thirds of my business life have been in English, so that works!
- Remote / on site / hybrid: Miro is a second home for me, so any setup is fine. The last years have been hybrid ones, so plenty of experience here.
Usually it is not "either or", but "a part of all of them" - let's talk and see how I can help you best. Looking foward!
